Director of Organic Growth
Own Lamina's organic growth engine end to end: SEO, answer-engine visibility (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google), content, social, community, and product-led loops, from strategy through execution against a weekly number. You'll be the whole growth team on day one, then hire and build AI agents to scale it. We're looking for 6+ years in growth, content, or SEO on a self-serve SaaS or prosumer product, deep fluency in modern search, and someone AI-native who would rather build a workflow than brief an agency.
