By accessing or using Lamina (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and remain responsible for activities that occur under your account.

You must not use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes; attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Platform; circumvent usage limits, pricing, or access controls; or use the Platform to generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

3. Account and Access

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, if your usage creates risk for the Platform or other users, or if suspension is required by applicable law or regulatory authorities.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed on the Platform or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. We may update pricing with prior notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of access.

5. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to or generate through the Platform.

You grant Lamina a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

6. AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs are generated based on your inputs and model behavior.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of outputs for any specific purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use generated outputs.

7. Acceptable Use of AI

You must not use the Platform to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; mislead, impersonate, or deceive others; or create content that violates third-party platform or advertising policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, workflows, and design elements, is owned by Lamina or its licensors.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party services, including AI providers, infrastructure vendors, and payment processors.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services.

10. Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lamina is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lamina harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may terminate or restrict access for violations of these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, liability limitations, and indemnities, will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the contracting entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
